Represent the company when answering customer questions regarding program development and schedule detailsĪ level 3 employee Typically has 5 - 10 years of professional experience. Generate narratives supporting schedules for customer proposals and Program Management. Maintains and coordinates vertical and horizontal schedule integration between supplemental schedules, the Integrated Master Schedule, and the Program Summary Master Schedule. Conduct data and process quality assessments of planning products and prepare for surveillance reviews to ensure compliance with program performance management.
Perform independent network analyses resulting in reports and metrics. Implement, maintain and manage planning products in support of planning processes, including contracted work, proposals, and “what if” scenarios. Communicate schedule impacts and propose corrective actions to applicable stakeholders. Using applicable project management tools, implement network logic and measurement methods to perform critical path and risk analyses.
Status program schedules, identify problem areas, investigate off-schedule tasks, establish and document corrective action. Prepare and coordinate the modeling and re-engineering of the Integrated Master Schedule for new or existing programs and support the integration of the Integrated Master Plan into the Integrated Master Schedule.
